An evening for the whole company

Once a year, Molang Showbiz closes the touring calendar with a private black-tie gathering in Beverly Hills. The Molang Global Gala & Honors returns to the International Ballroom at The Beverly Hilton on Saturday, December 5, 2026, bringing together roster artists, creative teams, touring crews and the executives and partners who work alongside them.

It is not a public event and it is not ticketed. The guest list is built by invitation, with a limited number of places for accredited executives and a dedicated pen for accredited media on the red carpet.

About the Molang Honors

The Molang Honors are internal company recognitions — our own way of thanking the people who carried the year. They are not industry awards and are not affiliated with any external award body. Honorees are chosen by Molang’s divisions across Los Angeles, London, Seoul and Tokyo, and categories reflect the work that happens both on stage and behind it.

  • Touring Crew of the Year — for the riggers, carpenters, audio and lighting teams who move a show between cities
  • Breakthrough Prodigy — for a member of the Prodigies program whose year marked a turning point
  • Stagecraft — for design and technical work that changed what a production could do

Additional categories are announced to guests on the night. In a year that saw The Golden Zenith World Tour expand into stadiums, a Las Vegas residency built for a wraparound screen and a new immersive opera, there is no shortage of work to recognize.

“Most of the people who make a tour possible are never seen from the seats. This is the one night we put them at the center of the room.” — a Molang touring producer

The evening

The night opens with red-carpet arrivals, followed by a reception and a seated dinner in the International Ballroom. The Honors are presented through the evening, interspersed with short performances from Molang roster artists. The running order is shared with guests in the printed program.

Dress code is black tie. Guests receive arrival windows, entry instructions and any security requirements in advance of the evening; invitations are personal and non-transferable.

Accreditation protocol

Access to the gala is managed in three ways, and each is confirmed in writing before the event.

  • Invited guests receive a personal invitation from Molang and confirm attendance by reply.
  • Accredited executives from partner studios, labels and production companies may request access through the booking desk; requests are reviewed individually and space is limited.
  • Media may apply for accreditation to the red-carpet pen. Press access is limited to arrivals; the ballroom itself is closed to media.

Executive access requests go to [email protected]. Media accreditation applications go to [email protected] and should include the outlet, the name of the attending journalist or photographer, and the intended coverage. Forms on this site open in your email app; our teams reply personally, and no request is confirmed until you receive written accreditation.

Good to know

The gala is a private event, so photography inside the ballroom is limited to Molang’s own crew. Approved images are made available to accredited media after the evening. Questions about the event that do not concern access can be sent to [email protected].
