Privacy Policy

How this site works

This website is a static site. It has no user accounts, no logins and no database that collects what you type. Molang Showbiz Worldwide Entertainment Inc. (“Molang”, “we”) is responsible for the information described in this policy.

When you use a booking, VIP pass or inquiry form, the site does not send anything to us. Instead, it opens the email application on your own device with a pre-filled draft. You can review, edit or discard that draft. We only receive your information if you choose to send the email.

What we receive

When you email any of our desks (booking@, press@ or [email protected]), we receive whatever you include, which typically means:

• your name, email address and any signature details your email app adds;
• your organization, role or publication, if you share them;
• the details of your request, such as preferred dates, cities, event type, guest numbers or the artist you are asking about;
• any attachments you choose to send, such as briefs, credentials or riders.

Please don’t send payment card details, passwords or identity documents by email. If a contract later requires verification, we will explain the process separately.

Why we use it

We use the information you send to:

• reply to your inquiry and follow up on it;
• assess booking, endorsement, production or media requests and check artist availability;
• prepare proposals and, where you go ahead, draft and administer contracts;
• manage guest lists, waitlists and media accreditation for events;
• keep a record of our correspondence and protect our artists, clients and staff against fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.

Sharing and retention

Representation work often means passing a request to the people it concerns. We share your information with artists on our roster, their managers or other representatives, and with production partners only where it is needed to answer or carry out your request. We may also use trusted service providers, such as our email hosting, who process data on our behalf. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.

We keep inquiry emails for as long as they are useful for the conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can refer back to earlier requests. Where an inquiry leads to a contract, related correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to meet our contractual, accounting and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. In all cases we will consider requests to:

• access the information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
• delete information we no longer have a good reason to keep;
• object to, or ask us to limit, a particular use of your information.

To make a request, write to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on it. If you are unhappy with our response, you may also be able to contact the data protection authority where you live.

Browser storage, fonts and scripts

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not use analytics to follow you across pages or other websites.

The site may save small preferences in your browser’s localStorage, such as a display setting, so the site remembers them on your next visit. These stay on your device, are not sent to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

To display typography and run page features, the site loads fonts from Google Fonts and code from a content delivery network. When your browser requests those files, the providers concerned may log technical data such as your IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive that data.

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions about privacy can be sent to [email protected].
