Client Disclosures

How we handle conflicts, fees, deposits and complaints with the clients we work for.Last updated October 1, 2026

Promoters, brands, producers and event hosts trust us with significant commitments. This page explains the principles Molang Showbiz applies to every client engagement. The specific terms of any engagement are always set out in its written contract.

Conflicts of interest

As a full-service agency and production house, Molang may act for more than one party connected to the same project. For example, we may represent the headline artist and an opening act on the same bill, or produce a concert film featuring an artist we represent.

  • Where we act for more than one party in a transaction, we tell each affected party in writing before terms are agreed.
  • We keep negotiations for each party separate, and confidential information is not shared between them without permission.
  • If a conflict cannot be managed fairly, we will step back from one side and say so.

Fees in writing

Before any engagement is confirmed, the client receives a written proposal or contract setting out the fees involved: the artist fee, any production, travel or hospitality costs, and the basis on which Molang is paid. Changes to scope are confirmed in writing, with their effect on cost, before any additional work is billed. We do not quote fees on this website; pricing is provided on request.

No hidden markups

Costs we pass through to clients, such as third-party production suppliers or travel, are itemized in the contract or invoice. If Molang adds a handling or management charge to any pass-through cost, that charge is shown separately and agreed in advance. We do not take undisclosed commissions from suppliers or venues on a client’s engagement.

Deposits and escrow

Many engagements require a deposit to hold dates. Where the contract provides for it, deposits are held in escrow and released according to the milestones the contract sets out, such as signature, the confirmed announcement or the performance date. The contract also explains what happens to a deposit if an event is postponed or cancelled. We only accept payments against a signed contract and invoice issued from an @molangshowbiz.com address.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it. To make a complaint:

  1. Email [email protected] with “Complaint” in the subject line, your name, the engagement concerned and a short description of the issue.
  2. We will acknowledge your message by email and pass it to a senior member of the team who was not directly involved, where possible.
  3. We will look into the matter, may ask you for further details, and will respond in writing with our findings and any proposed resolution.

Raising a complaint with us does not affect any rights you have under your contract or applicable law.
