Media Accreditation & Press Desk

How working journalists, photographers and crews request access to Molang tour dates, the Gala and our artists.

The Molang press desk supports working media covering our artists, tours, productions and events. We aim to make access straightforward for credentialed journalists while protecting the artists, the audiences and the shows themselves.

Who can apply

Accreditation is open to working journalists, editors, photographers, videographers and broadcast crews on assignment for an established outlet, as well as freelancers who can show a commission or recent published work. We may ask for proof of assignment from an editor. Accreditation is personal and non-transferable.

Requesting accreditation for tour dates

For dates on The Golden Zenith World Tour, the Solstice Pulse residency and Tokyo Dome show, and Velvet Nocturne: Immersive Opera, email the press desk with:

  • Your name, outlet and role, plus the editor commissioning the piece
  • The show, city and date you wish to attend
  • Coverage type: review, photography, video or feature
  • Planned publication date and format

Photographer positions are limited at every venue and are allocated by the touring team in coordination with the venue. Approved photographers usually shoot from a designated position for an agreed portion of the set. Immersive productions such as Velvet Nocturne may restrict photography during the performance and offer a separate photo call instead.

The Molang Global Gala & Honors

The Gala on December 5, 2026, at The Beverly Hilton is a private, invitation-only evening. Media access is limited to the red-carpet pen; there is no press access to the ballroom, dinner or ceremony. Accredited media will receive arrival information, pen positions and the confirmed arrivals list closer to the date. Requests should be submitted as early as possible, as pen space is limited.

Interview requests

Interview requests for roster artists, directors and creative teams should include the outlet, the angle, the preferred format (in person, video or written), length, and deadline. Artists choose which interviews they accept, and availability is shaped by recording, filming and touring schedules. We will tell you promptly if a request cannot be accommodated.

Photo and footage usage

  • Images and footage captured under accreditation are for editorial use connected to the approved coverage only.
  • Commercial use, advertising, merchandise and resale to third parties require separate written permission.
  • Audio recording of full songs and live-streaming of performances are not permitted.
  • Official press images supplied by Molang must carry the credit given with them and may not be altered beyond standard cropping.
  • Footage of backstage, rehearsal or private areas is not permitted without explicit approval.

Lead times

As a guide, please send tour-date requests at least two weeks before the show, interview requests at least three weeks ahead, and Gala red-carpet requests as soon as possible after the accreditation window opens. Late requests are considered where space allows.
