Response times

Our target is to reply to booking inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Press and general inquiries are answered as quickly as each team’s schedule allows; urgent media deadlines should be stated in the subject line.

To help us respond quickly, please send one message to one inbox rather than copying several addresses, and keep the subject line specific, for example the artist name, city and date. If your request changes, reply in the same thread so the full history stays with the team handling it.

We work across four offices. Visits are by appointment only, and meetings are arranged by email in advance.
