Frequently Addressed Inquiries
Straight answers on booking, touring, brand licensing and representation at Molang Showbiz.
Booking & Engagements
How do I book a Molang artist for a private or corporate event?
Email [email protected] with the date, city, venue or type of venue, expected audience size, the artist or style of performance you have in mind, and your budget range. A senior agent reviews each request against the artist’s schedule and returns availability and next steps. Our target is to reply to booking inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Pricing is discussed on request and depends on scope, travel and production.
What is the procedure for private gala or stadium booking deposits?
Deposits are only requested once terms are agreed and a written contract is signed by all parties. The contract sets out the deposit amount, payment schedule, cancellation terms and conditions for release, and deposits are held in escrow where the contract provides for it. We never request deposits by messaging app or before a contract exists. Where union or guild agreements such as SAG-AFTRA or AFM apply to the performers, the contract follows those terms.
How far in advance should we inquire?
For headline performances and stadium or arena engagements, the earlier the better, since roster calendars are often planned many months ahead around tours, recording and filming. Private events and brand appearances can sometimes be arranged on shorter notice, depending on routing. If your date is fixed, mention that clearly in your first email so we can check availability immediately.
Can I request VIP box passes or hospitality for a show?
Yes. VIP and hospitality requests for The Golden Zenith World Tour, the Solstice Pulse residency and Tokyo Dome show, and Velvet Nocturne go through [email protected]. Tell us the show, date and number of guests. Availability is limited and varies by venue; pricing and what is included are confirmed on request. Request forms on this site open your own email app, and nothing is confirmed until our team replies.
Does submitting a booking form confirm my request?
No. Booking forms on this site open a pre-filled message in your own email app, which you review and send yourself. A booking is only confirmed after our team replies, terms are agreed and a contract is signed. If you do not hear back within one business day, check that the message was sent from your outbox and resend if needed.
Touring & Live Production
How does Molang Showbiz handle multi-territory touring rights and global riders?
Our touring division works from one master rider per production, adapted by our regional offices for local requirements: London for Europe, Seoul for Asia-Pacific and Tokyo for Japanese dome and arena operations. Each territory is contracted separately with its promoter, with rights for filming, broadcast and merchandise defined in writing. Where performers are covered by union agreements such as AFM, contracts follow the applicable terms. Riders cover technical, hospitality, security and accessibility needs.
Can promoters request a roster artist for a festival or arena date?
Yes. Promoters should email [email protected] with the event, dates, venue capacity, billing position, production specifications and any radius or exclusivity terms. Our touring team checks routing against existing commitments, such as Golden Zenith dates or the Solstice Pulse residency weekends, before discussing terms. We negotiate directly with promoters, with no intermediary layers.
Who handles production logistics and security on tour?
Our Concert & World Tours division coordinates advance visits, freight and backline, travel, accommodation and crew scheduling, working with each venue’s production and security teams. Artist itineraries and hotel details are shared strictly on a need-to-know basis. For complex productions like the 360-degree kinetic stage on Golden Zenith, advance planning with the venue begins well before the date.
Can a show be filmed or broadcast?
Filming, broadcast and live-streaming rights are reserved and negotiated separately from performance rights. Our Studio Productions division is currently filming the concert film Golden Zenith: Live across selected tour stops, so some dates carry additional filming restrictions. Media wanting to capture footage for editorial purposes should apply for accreditation through [email protected].
Brands & Licensing
Can global consumer brands license talent likeness and music catalogs?
Yes, subject to the artist’s personal approval and the rights available in each recording or composition. Our Global Brand Endorsements team handles campaign ambassadorships, sync licensing and co-created collections. Each license defines territory, term, media and exclusivity. Final assets are approved by the artist, and digital replicas or synthetic voice uses require separate, explicit written consent. Send a brief to [email protected] to begin.
What should a brand brief include?
Include the brand and campaign objective, the type of engagement, artists of interest or the profile you want, deliverables, media channels, territories, term, key dates, exclusivity requirements, budget range and the decision-makers involved. The more specific the brief, the faster we can assess fit and come back with a shortlist or an honest decline.
How long does a brand partnership take to set up?
It depends on scope. A straightforward sync license can move quickly once rights are mapped, while ambassadorships and co-created collections involve creative sessions, contract negotiation and production scheduled around the artist’s commitments. We share a realistic timeline after the fit review, and we will tell you early if your launch date is not achievable.
Are there brands or categories you decline?
Yes. We decline engagements that conflict with an artist’s stated values, existing category exclusivities or long-term career plans. Each artist decides which partnerships they accept, and that decision is final. When we decline, we say so promptly rather than leaving a brief open.
Representation & Submissions
What is the threshold for talent submission and agency representation?
Molang Showbiz is an invite-only, curated agency with a deliberately small roster, and most signings come from our own scouting. We accept submissions only from entertainment attorneys or guild-affiliated managers, who should email [email protected] with links to current work, recent credits and existing commitments. There is no fixed numeric threshold; we look for distinctive craft, professional readiness and a clear long-term direction. Unsolicited material sent directly by artists is not reviewed.
Do you charge fees to represent or audition artists?
Never. Molang Showbiz does not charge artists to be represented, considered or auditioned, and we do not sell workshops, photo packages or placement services. Anyone asking for money in our name is not acting for us. Forward suspicious messages to [email protected] so we can confirm whether they are genuine.
What is the Prodigies program?
Prodigies is our development track for exceptional early-career artists. It focuses on mentorship from senior agents and touring producers, a sustainable touring schedule, and education in publishing and rights. Current members include producer and DJ Nova Rae, who joined in 2025, and choreographer Kai Navarro, part of the program since 2024. Entry is by invitation.
How can I tell if a message from Molang is genuine?
Genuine correspondence comes only from addresses ending in @molangshowbiz.com. We never request payment, bank details or identity documents through messaging apps as a condition of an opportunity, and we do not run auditions that require a fee. If in doubt, do not reply or pay; forward the message to [email protected] and we will check it.
