The story
Solstice Pulse is two producers who perform under the stage names Sol and Pulse. They joined the Molang Showbiz roster in 2019, already known for live sets in which the lighting rig was as carefully composed as the music. Their pitch to the agency was simple: they did not want to be DJs standing behind a table. They wanted to build shows.
Since then they have moved from club rooms to festival mainstages, where they have become regular headliners, and now to a residency built around one of the most unusual screens in live entertainment.
The sound
Their music sits between festival-scale electronic and something more cinematic. Tracks open with long, evolving pads, then build toward drops that are timed to the show’s lighting cues. Sol leans toward melody and harmony; Pulse handles rhythm, low end and the live manipulation of stems during the set.
They write the music and the visuals together. A track is not finished until the duo knows what the room looks like when it lands.
“We don’t score the visuals and we don’t light the music. It’s one piece. If the laser cue moves, the drop moves with it.” — Pulse
On stage
The Las Vegas residency at Sphere runs on select weekends from October 2026 through February 2027. The next date is October 16. The show was designed from scratch for the wraparound screen, and the duo spent months in pre-production working out how a crowd experiences scale when the image surrounds them on every side.
Key elements of the production:
- A custom wraparound visual show, composed track by track
- Laser and pyro cues programmed to the music’s structure rather than a fixed timeline
- Live stem control, so no two nights run identically
- Opening sets on selected dates from Molang Prodigy Nova Rae
On November 28, 2026, Solstice Pulse play their first dome headline at Tokyo Dome. That show adapts the residency design for a different kind of room, trading the enclosing screen for a configuration built for a stadium-sized floor. Our Tokyo office is coordinating promoter relations and dome operations, while the touring crew rebuilds the cue stack so that the show’s arc, from slow ambient opening to full-color finale, holds together in a room with very different sightlines.
“Vegas taught us how to fill a sphere. Tokyo is about filling a horizon. Same story, different canvas.” — Sol
Mentorship & what’s next
The duo has taken an active role in Molang’s Prodigies program, working closely with 20-year-old producer Nova Rae, who opens selected residency dates and the Tokyo Dome show. They share session files, invite her to production meetings and talk openly about pacing a touring life so that the work stays sustainable. Both producers remember how quickly a first breakthrough season can turn into burnout, and they want Nova to avoid that.
After the residency closes in early 2027, Sol and Pulse plan to return to the studio with material written during the run. They are also documenting the residency’s visual system so it can be adapted for future headline shows.
Working with Solstice Pulse
The duo considers headline shows, festival slots, select brand campaigns and sync licensing for film, series and advertising. Because their shows depend on bespoke visuals, they usually ask for early technical conversations about the venue before confirming. Inquiries go to [email protected]; press to [email protected].
